Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.

We are proud of the high quality products and services that we provide and we genuinely view complaints as opportunities to develop and refine our high standards still further. As such, all complaints are dealt with promptly, confidentially, and at the highest level.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours of receipt and keep you informed of our progress during the entire procedure. In all cases we strive to resolve the problem to your satisfaction within ten working days.

These benefits are given in addition to your statutory rights, which remain unaffected.
