Refund Policy

If you decide that the goods are no longer required then you have the right to cancel within
seven days of your contract with us, or within seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is
the longer).

You may do this by contacting us and arranging the return of the goods. Monies will be
refunded to you within five working days of receipt of the returned goods and your notice of
cancellation, providing that goods are returned unused and in good condition. Nutraceuticals
must be unopened and with all tamper evident seals intact. A restocking fee of 15% of the
total cost of the goods will be charged.

Faulty goods

After contacting us, faulty goods should be returned to Androbalance for inspection. If a fault
