Except in exceptional circumstances we guarantee that:
- All test kits will always be in stock.
- Excluding Sundays, all available goods will be dispatched by 1st Class mail within 48 hours of the receipt of your order.
- All telephone calls will be answered within 30 seconds.
- All voice mails will be returned the same day. Although we don't relish using voice-mail, at peak periods it may be a necessary evil. If you reach our voice-mail service then please do leave us a message. We guarantee that a real live person will return your call that same day.
- All fax enquiries will be answered within 24 hours.
- All e-mail and on-line form enquiries will be answered within 24 hours.
- All postal enquiries will be answered within 48 hours.
- Any complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours, and we will strive to resolve the problem to your satisfaction within ten working days.
