Terms and Conditions

Androbalance is variously described as 'we', 'our', 'us' and 'Androbalance' within these terms and conditions.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully and in conjunction with our Customer Care section. These sections describe our terms and conditions for the sale of goods that will govern any contract for sale that we enter into without exception.

  1. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
  2. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice to you.
  3. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.
  4. Any e-mail or other electronic acknowledgement by us of receipt of an order placed by you does not constitute legal acceptance by Androbalance of your order. All orders are subject to approval by us.
  5. Androbalance reserves the right to decline any order at our discretion. If we decide to decline your order we will advise you of this by telephone, fax, or e-mail.
  6. Goods are subject to availability. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these goods and we will refund any money already paid for the goods. Any product stock or availability information supplied on the website is an estimate only.
  7. Prices and other information provided by Androbalance are subject to change without notice. While every effort is made to keep information provided up to date, Androbalance will not be liable if errors should occur in such information.
  8. Whilst we will try to ensure that prices on our website are accurate, we are not responsible for any errors that may occur. If we discover any errors in the price of goods before we accept your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to resubmit your order at the correct price or cancel the order.
  9. We will do our best to deliver goods within the times stated. However, goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside of our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods unless caused by our negligence.
  10. Stated analytical turnarounds are approximations only. Whilst every effort will be made to meet the stated turnaround Androbalance shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivery of results unless caused by our negligence.
  11. All products should be inspected immediately upon receipt. Notification of damage, shortages or defects should be given immediately by telephone, fax or e-mail.
  12. Androbalance retains ownership of all products supplied to its customers, until it receives payment in full by cleared funds. Risk of loss or damage to the products shall pass to the customer upon receipt of the products.
  13. Test kits are for research use and informational purposes only and must not be relied upon for the diagnosis, monitoring or treatment of any disease states.
  14. All information, advice, products and test results provided by Androbalance are expressly not to be used as a substitute for personal consultation with a qualified medical practitioner.
  15. Androbalance will not be liable for claims arising from the misuse of its products.
  16. Androbalance's liability for any injury (other than death or personal injury), damage or loss, in particular consequential loss, arising from the use of any goods purchased via our website, or from the transaction itself, are hereby excluded. Liability for any injury, damage or loss arising directly from the negligence of Androbalance or any of its agents will be limited to a replacement or refund of original purchase price paid.
  17. The Contract between Androbalance and its customers shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law. Any dispute will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
