Our Philosophy

At Androbalance, our aim is to combine innovative technology with superb customer service.

To this end, we offer a wide range of immunodiagnostic assays for assessment of endocrine function, and a small number of evidence-based nutritional products. And we back all of our products with exceptional dedication to customer service.

The number of nutritional products that we sell is limited. This is because we believe that most (but not all) nutrients can and should be obtained through a healthy, varied diet. Increasing one's fruit and vegetable intake is generally superior to supplementation. However, if a supplement has an established evidentiary foundation supporting its efficacy then we may market it.

Our criteria for product selection requires that the product's efficacy is supported by substantive evidence from credible research groups, and that this evidence has been published in reputable peer reviewed journals. Ideally this should include studies from the fields of epidemiology, cell biology and biochemistry, preferably supported by successful interventional trials. Our determination to provide effective supplements precludes us from marketing products that fail to meet these criteria.

This approach will undoubtedly reduce our profits, but is essential to retain our reputation for the provision of high quality evidence-based products.
